Blogging for Beads - Ring Beads for Christmas

One of my fall plans is to create some holiday jewelry. So when I got an e-mail from Dutchess, who is coordinating the Blogging for Beads program over at Artbeads, I knew it was the perfect time to hunt for some Christmas colors. And I found them - of course! Look at these amethyst and olivine ring beads. Aren't they cute? They remind me of shiny, tiny donuts! Love the colors, and the little stripes running across the beads.

My bracelet is 7½" long, with 5mm onyx faceted round beads scattered along the way. All that glitter is sure to attract some attention! You can find it in my Artfire shop, right now.

I know some Etsybloggers who are passionate about Swarovski beads and thought I'd share some of the other beads I was looking at, over at Artbeads. Here's some crystals and rhinestones. Woo Hoo!

I love it because it alludes to the holiday without being blatant.

love the bracelets. I never would have thought to center the beads with a smaller seed bead. Great idea! Can't believe we are talking Christmas already :)
