A Month in Photographs - May

Between my day job and work with Storybeader, I've been busy all month.  What going on?  Working on the 50th anniversary exhibit at work.  And visiting museums, to see how people interact with exhibits and what their overall feelings are.  The Chickasaw Cultural Center (9) had a fantastic layout - I felt very comfortable and peaceful there.  And I was surprised to see that the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History addressed adults as well as children.  Jim and John (7) are looking at an exhibit panel while branding irons hang above their heads.  It looked great!  Just this past weekend, the Intermodal Transportation Center opened (6) at our museum - John talks to the crowd.  On the home front, my little dove (4) is still sitting on her nest and the crane (8) down the street is hanging out at the pond.  I've completed many of my short term goals: made an art journal (1) and continue to wrap more paper beads (3 and 5).  I've really been enjoying drawing tangles for my AlphabeThursday posts - here's one (2).  What a great opportunity when I ran into the blog called "off on my tangent."  Thanks to margaret at SplendidLittleStars for leading me there, and Ms. Jenny, our fabulous teacher.
