AlphabeThursday: MSST Tangle Design

M is for MSST, an official tangle pattern!

I drew my MSST tangle in my little moleskine notebook.  The design looks more like mist to me, with clouds and raindrops.  No matter what you call it, it's my favorite Letter M tangle.  I didn't notice at the time, but this drawing also represents MONSTER (although this monster is actually an ancient dragon...)

You can learn how to draw MSST - and other tangles - by visiting Sandy Bartholomew's website (she's a Certified Zentangle Teacher).

What's your favorite word, beginning with an M ?
Find out how other "students" answered that question at Ms. Jenny's AlphabeThursday class

You're so dang creative! I went looking for a blank journal today that I can use as an art journal and they all had lines. I was so bummed but I'll keep looking.

I've never heard of that before but I really like your drawing! My favorite word that begins with M is M&Ms...does that count?

So colorful and happy! At first glance I thought it was a quilt...wouldn't it be fun to try this art form in fabric?

I'm curious if you date your work in your notebooks?

Thanks for another aMazing and fun creation.

A+
