BBArtisans team treasuries, Aug 19 - Sept 1, 2012

Be Prepared!
I was a little surprised at the response to the Etsy treasury I put together last week.  I was actually involved with writing my Saturday Link List, thinking about artists setting their goals.  Being prepared seemed to go along with that, whether having your supplies ready, or a caddy for your soda can!  I like the idea of the Boy Scouts!

Since I was away last weekend, I decided to bundle two weeks of thanks to the curators who featured something from my shop.  As many of you know, I like to play a game of sorts and find the perfect item from these curators’ shops, to go in their treasury.  Here goes!

Two weeks ago, Linda (lindab142) put together a red hot treasury, full of BBArtisans.  She included a pair of Japanese paper and onyx earrings I made.  So I thought it fitting to find some red hot earrings from her shop.

Judy (JNOriginals) went all out, as she usually does, with treasury-building.  I found myself in TWO treasuries she put together, all on the same day!  First of all was her Brown Bounty treasury.  What an array of different shades and textures.  She included my repurposed wildlife sketchbooks in this grouping.  When I saw her Brown and Blue Rebecca Bag, and knew I had to show it off.  It's truly beautiful!

Judy's second treasury is on the complete other end of the color specter.  You can see by just looking at her second Rebecca Bag!  She says it’s made with a splash of orange and a touch of sunshine!  Neat!  This treasury is appropriately called The Rainbow Carousel.  It’s a mix of fantastic color, some within each box!  Judy chose to showcase one of my handmade journals with Japanese papers on the covers.

I like your Boy Scout theme!! And the way you feature the ones you are in is so eye-catching with the color behind them.
