AlphabeThurday - A is for the beginning

I was spraying ink and gluing with my current workshop (Journal Soup, taught by Kate Crane)  at 21 Secrets.  And thought since Ms. Jenny's AlphabeThursday was going to be starting Round 7, I could use a set of old index card dividers (4x6)  that I was using and go through the alphabet with everyone.

So, here's the Letter A, which denotes the beginning of new things.  Now this alphabet card was made before I had this bright idea to use them for AlphabeThursday.  If I had known I was going to use it, I would have chosen the word acetate - a  technique Kate teaches in the workshop (here's an example from her blog).  Let's see if I can get a lot of my leftover scraps on these cards and clean up my workroom in 26 weeks!

Join us at Ms. Jenny's blog, ...off on my tangent... and see how everyone is starting out the Round 7!

Very nicely done. A good theme for Alphabe-Thursday. I wish I could have thought of a theme. Mine will be a mish mash.
