Glue It Tuesday #18 - July ICADs

ICADs in July
This past weekend I placed all my July ICAD (Index Card A Day) cards out on a table, and took a "group pic".  They are a view, in a way, of my life over the past 12 days.

Yellow Kalanchoe
About the individual cards...  I think flowers are about my favorite gluing material.  You would be surprised how well they stay on the paper.  These little flowers are from a succulent houseplant, called a kalanchoe, that my DH bought me.  Have to remind him not to water it too much!

Circles
Here's another favorite, called Circles.  The glued circles were punched from scrap paper, of course.  The background (which I did last!) was stamped through punchinella.  And the little yellow rings were made with a handmade circle stamp.  I don't use the color yellow often in my artwork; don't know why, I really like it...

AlphabeThursday in July
My missing card on the 11th is a 4"x6" index card for the Letter H.  I've been making a series of larger cards for my AlphabeThursday posts.  I believe we're on Round 7.  Come and join us over at Ms. Jenny's blog, ...off on my tangent...  I usually do something related to my artwork - you can too!

This post is linking to the Glue It Tuesday Lounge at Artsyville.

lovely to see your cards as a group, they are so different, hard to pick a favourite but probably the circles as I love circles and spirals.

Love the overview of your past 12 days! Looks like a very fun project! I need to get back to my art work...except I seem to be all consumed with photography in my spare time now.
